I offer both in-person appointments as well as a number of virtual Tele-Health services. See below for descriptions of my various offerings. I am happy to help support you with acupuncture, cupping, e-stim, acupressure, herbal medicine, essential oils, health and wellness consultations, guided imagery and meditation. Please feel to reach out with any questions.
**Insurance accepted: Some insurance plans cover out of network acupuncture, and you may be the lucky one! Contact your provider for details, or email Bettina with a photo of your insurance card, mailing address and date of birth and she can find out for you.
**Please allow 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be billed for full price of treatment.
**Payment is due at time of treatment. Zelle, checks and cash are accepted. Sorry, no credit cards.

Acupuncture Appointment
$150, 60 min

Appointments consist of a verbal consultation and acupuncture.
They may also include other modalities such as:
*Heat lamp
*Gua sha or cupping
*Electrical stimulation
*Light massage or Tui Na with topical liniments
*Nutrition or diet recommendations
If desired, a Chinese herbal formula may also be suggested.

In addition, all sessions are on a table that is equipped with a heated amethyst crystal Biomat.
